WARRANTY DEED
This Warranty Deed, made the lst day of November ,
1972 , by BURKS ALDEN SMITH and NADINE G. SMITH, his wife; and
COMPERE LOVELESS and MARCELLA H. LOVELESS, his wife, hereinafter

32960, hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH:
That the grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of
$10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain
land situate in St. Lucie County, Flprida, viz:
TRACT I.
All of the East half (E 1/2) of Section 9, Township 37 South,
Range 38 East, excepting therefrom the South 30 feet thereof
and also excepting therefrom the following described parcel,
to-wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the East half (E 1/2)
