That part of the E 1/2 of Section 33, Township 36 South,
Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, lying East of
the center line of an existing road running along or
near the west side of said E 1/2 and also lying south
of the center line of an existing canal running along or

particularly described as:
Begin in the south line of 5aid 5ection 33 aL a p~i~z 4~
feet east of the south quarter corner of said Section 33
(said point being in the center line of an existing graded
dirt road), run thence N 02° 00' West along the center line
of said road 5218 feet to a point 75 feet east and 100.5
feet south of the north quarter corner of said Section 33,
thence turn and run easterly 52 feet to a point 127 feet
east and 100.5 feet south of the north quarter corner of
said Section 33 (said point being in the center line of an
existing canal, where said canal center line turns to the
easterly), run thence along the center line of said canal
N 88° 06' E 681.4 feet, thence South 82° 11' East 147.6
feet, still along said canal center line, thence North 77°
11' East 381.4 feet, still along said canal center line,
thence South 89° 58' East 1358.3 feet, still along said
canal center line, to the east line of said Section 33 at
a point 23.3 feet south of the northeast corner thereof,
thence turn and leave said canal center line and run south
along the east line of said Section 33 to the southeast
corner of said Section 33, thence west 2568 feet to the
point of beginning.
Containing 313.04 acres, more or less.
TRACT IV.
A non-exclusive easement for ingress, egress and water control
'i as set forth in paragraphs 1(a) and 2(b) of a road and canal
; easement given by Wright ~V. Carlton and wife to W& W Groves
f Company, Inc., and others, filed June 20, 1961, recorded in

~ Smith and Compere Loveless, filed July 26, 1961, recorded
~ in Official Record Book 15, Page 8, and to Leo Groves, Inc.,
filed January 31, 1962, recorded in Official Records Book
~ 28, Page 633, and in any other identical easements given by
t4right W. Carlton and wife and now appearing of record, all
~ in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ A strip of land being that part of Sections 4 and 9, in
~ Township 37 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
lying west of certain lands heretofore conveyed by W. W.
~ Carlton and wife to Burks Alden Smith and Compere Loveless
" under deed filed for record on July 27, 1961, recorded in
