SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, CHARLES ESKER TAYLOR,
RICHARD OTIS TAYI,OR, MARY ARLENE LIVINGSTON, CORA MARGARET HICKS,
AND LYDIA DOVIE WEILER, the owners and holders of a certain mortgage
deed executed by JOHN M. McCARTY, TRUSTEE to CARRIE B. TAYIAR,
bearing date the 17th day of January, A. D., 1966, recorded in
Official Records Book 136, page 300, in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing
a certain note in the principal sum of Zwenty Thousand ($20,000.00)
Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said
mortgage deed, upon the property situate in said State and County
described as follows, to-~ait:
Lots 2& 3, Block 1, AOPKINS SUBDIVISION,as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, page 18,
