~ * 8. Partial Releases. Mortgagee granh to Mortgagor the optia~ exercisable at any time when
Mortgagor may e not in default of the terms a~d conditions of this Mortgage or oF the Note
secured hereby, to procu~e ~eleases from this encumbrance of numerically designcted parcels
