LADDEN, joined by his p8rty of the First Part, and wife DOROTHX WINSTON LADDEN, MODI)I.AR HOMES OF FI,ORIDA, INC., a Florida corporation, Party of the Second Part, its successors and assigns: WITNESSETH, that: WHEREAS, Party of the Second Part is Mortgagee by certain purchase ~oney mortgage under which the First Party is Mortgagox, encumbering lands therein described in instrument filed for record in Official Record Book e2 , Page , public records of St . Lucie County, Florida; WHEREAS, by such mortgage, the Second Party has granted the First Party the option to procure releases of designated parcels out of the lands encumbered thereby; AND, WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties that Mortgagee be afforded an easement for ingress and egress to and from public ways and parcels of the lands remaining Encumbered after the grants of partial releases; ' NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other valuable t { consideration the receipt by First Party from Second Party hereby is acknowledged, ; i ~ the First Party, his heirs and assigns, does hereby give and grant unto the Second Party, its successors and assigns, the nonex~lusive right and easement, terminating upon full discharge and satisfaction of said mortgage, for pedestrian and vehicular ~ ~ traffic over, along and across the following-described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: EASEMENT t~0. 1: A strip 38 feet in width lying ad~acent to and Easterly of the following-described line, to-wit: : Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of U.S. Highway No. 1 and the East-West Quarter Section line of Section 22, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run South 89°20' East along said Quarter Section line 833 feet, ' : thence run South 0°03'.
