~ In a certain Assignment of Lease from Grantors herein to the
Prudential Insurance Company of America, recorded June 22, 1955
in Deed Book 202, page 401, public records of St. Lucie County,
, Florida, it was recited that the Grantors herein were then the (
~ owners in fee simple of Section 25, Township 35 South, Range
~ 38 East. Said recital was in error and the lands owned by
~I Grantors herein were situate in Range 37 East and this deed is
given to remove any cloud on the Grantee's title which may have
resu~ted from said scrivener's error.
