The Grantee by acceptance of the foregoinq Warranty Deed and execution of this
Acknowledqment and Ratif ication by Grantee, acknowledges receipt of copies of the
Declaration of Condominiutn described above, includinq the provisions of a12 of fts
exhibits, and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
further hereby ratify, confirm and appzove all of said provisions ( including the
WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA RECREATION CENTER LEASE as filed for record in Official
Records Book 189 on pages 1829 throuqh 1$86 in the Publie Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and the acts of the Officers and Directors of WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA
CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida Corporation not for profit, in makinq
and entering into said Lease). The arantee agrees to be bound by all of said pro-
visions; the Grantee acknowledqes and aqrees that all of said provisions are reasonable,
fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land and real property
described above, as security for hfs obliqations, as described in said Declaratian of
Condominium and ~its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and aqrees th~t said
Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract executed by the Grantor
and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements concerninq
the purchase by the Granfiee of the land and real property described above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantee (s) have hereunto set their hands and seals
