The Grantee by acceptance of the fore'qoing Warranty Deed and execution of thie
Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee, acknoaledges receipt of copies of the
Deciaration of Condominium described above, includinq the provfsion$ of all of its
exhibits, and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
further hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provisions (includinq the
ilINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA RECREATION CENTER LSASS as filed for record in Official
xecords Book 189 on paqes 1829 through 1886 in the Public R,ecords of ~t. Lucie County,
Florida, and the acts of the Officers and Directors ot WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THS SEA
CONDOMINiUM NO. 1 A5SOCIATSON, iNC., a Florida corporation not for profit, in makfnq 4
and enterinq into said Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of safd pra- ~
visions; the Grantee acknowledqes and aqrees that all of said provisfons are reasonable,
fair and equitablet the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the lar?d auid real property
described above, as security for his obliqations, as described in said Declaration of
Conciominium and its exhibitsj and the Grantee acknowledges ar~d agrees that said
Declaration of Condominium, iis exhibits and the Sales Contract executed by tho Grantor
and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
