9. To collect and receive dividends on any shares of

10. To transact any and all business of any kind and

description for me and in my behalf and to execute anq instrumenta
of any kind and description without limitation, givfng and gr$nting
to my said attorney full pawer and authority to do and perform all
and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necwssary to be done
