MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT, Made this ~o ~ day of January, 1973 between ~IRST
FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation
organized and existing under the Iaws of the United States of
America and having its principal place of b~asiness in Ft. Pi~rce,
Florida, hereinafter referred to as "First Party", and LOUISE PALMER
and JEANNE PAIMER SCOTT, Co-Executrices of the Estate of W. A.
Palmer, deceased, and LOUISE PAIMER, individually, hereinafter
referred to as "Second Parties",
W I TN E S S E TH :

WHEREAS, a certain mortgage was executed by W. A. Palmer and
Louise Palmer, his wife, to the First Party on July 13, 1962,
recorded in Official Record Book 41 at page 220, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing a certain promissory note
of even date therewith and other notes evidencing further advances, -
the same being in the aggregate amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars f
($100,000.00) with a total monthly repayment requi~ed in the amount of
Eight Hundred Forty-three Dolla rs ($843.00), (being Loan No. 10,396);
and
WHEREAS, during the life of the above described mortgage, certain
; partial releases have been obtained for significant payment on the
; principal; and
E WHEREAS, the current principal balance on the promissory notes
secured by said mortgage is Six Thousand Two Hundred Forty-eight
; Dollars Sixty-eight Cents ($6,248.68) as of January 5, 1973; and

WHEREAS, the Second Parties hold certain Agreements for Deed
with third persons on real property described in said mortgage as

set out in Schedule 1 attached hereto and by reference made a part
