considerations accrued to the parties hereto, it is agreed as
follows:
1. The First Party does hereby modify the ternns of pay-
ment of the principal balance of said notes so that the same shall
be payable in monthly installments of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00)
each, the first of said payments to be made on the 5th day of -
February, 1973 and a like sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) on
the Sth day of each month thereafter, until the said notes or
any balance thereof shall be paid in full.
2. The Second Parties hereby assign to the First Party
all payments due the Second Parties on the Agreements for Deed
listed in Schedule 1 attached hereto which accrue after the date
of this mortgage modification agreement to the extent of the unpaid
principal balance together with interest at the rate of 6% per -
annum on the mortgage hereby nodified, however this assignment is
j conditioned so that provided the Second Parties make the payments

~ on the mortgage as herein modified promptly, then the Second Parties

~ shall continue to collect the periodic payments on the Agreements
~
~ for Deed as set out in Schedule 1 attached hereto.

~ 3. The assignment by the Second Parties to the First Party
~ shall become unconditional at any time when the $200.00 mortgage pay-
~ ment due from the Second Parties to the First Party as modified
~
herein is in default more than fourteen (14) days; and the Second
~
Parties do thereupon grant to the First Party the right to enter the

premises of the Second Parties now located at 436 A North Seventh
s
= Street, Ft. Pierce, Flo rida, and make such use of the books and
records on the Agreements for Deed described in Schedule 1 attached .
F~ hereto as is reasonable and necessary in order to allow the First
Party to collect the payments hereby assigned.
