MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT, Made this e3Gy~ day of January, 1973, between FIRST ~
FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the United States of
America and having its principal place of business in Ft. Pierce,
Florida, hereinafter referred to as "First Party", and LOUISE PAI~IER
and JEANNE PALMER SCOTT, Co-Executrices of the Estate of W. A.
Palmer, deceased, and LOUISE PAI~iER, individually, hereinafter re-
ferred to as "Second Parties",
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, a certain mortgage was executed by W. A. Palmer and

Louise Palmer, his wife, to the First Party on January 3, 1966, re-
corded in Official Record Boc~k 135 at page 316, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing a certain promissory note of
even date in the original principal sum of One Hundred Ninety-seven
Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($I97,700.00) requiring monthly payments
, of One Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Dollars ($I,670.00) on the 15th
day of each month from the 15th day of February, 1966, said mortgage

' being re-recorded in Official Record Book 136, page 407, of the public

records of St. Lucie(bunty, Florida (being Loan No. 13,254); and

~ WHEREAS, during the life of the above described mortgage, cer-

; tain partial releases have been obtained for significant payment on =

` the principal; and

= WHEREAS, the current principal balance on the promissory note
i
secured by said mortgage is Fifty-five Thousand Eight Hundred One
Dollars Eighty-nine Cents ($55,801.89) as of January 15, 1973; and
W~ REAS, the Second Parties hold certain Agreements for Deed
' with third persons on real praperty desc"ribed in said mortgage as
set out in Schedule 1 attached hereto and by reference made a part
