MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT

AGREEMENT, Made this day of January, 1973 between FIRST
FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the United States of
America and having its principal place of business in Ft. Pierce,
Florida, hereinafter referred to as "First Party", and LOUISE PAI~MER
and JEANNE PAIMER SCOTT, Co-Executrices of the Estate of W. A.
Palmer, deceased, and IAUISE PALMER, individually, hereinafter
referred to as "Second Parties",

W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, a certain mortgage was executed by W. A. Palr.ier and

Louise Palmer, his wife, to the First Party on December 9, 1965,
recorded in Official Record Book 133 at page 68, public records of

St. Lucie County, Florida, securing a certain promissory note of ;
even date in the original principal sum of Thirty-seven Thousand
~
i
~ Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($37,950.00) requiring monthly payments _
~
~ of Three Hundred Twenty-one Dollars ($321.00) on the 15th day of
~
~ each month from January 15, 1966 (being Loan No. 13,208); and
~ the life of the above described mortgage, cer-
~ WHEREAS, during
~ tain partial releases have been obtained for significant payment !
~ t
~ on the principal; and
~ :
~ WHEREAS,the current principal balance on the promissory note j
~ ;
~
~ secured by said mortgage is Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-
~p
~
~ four pollars Ninety-one Cents ($13,424.91) as of December 15, 1972;
ya and
WI-IEREAS, the Second Parties hold certain Agreements for Deed
~ with third persons on real property described in said mortgage as
set out in Schedule 1 attached hereto and by reference made a part .
