MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT

AGREEMENT, Made this ~.~n day of January, 1973 between FIRST
FEDERAL SAVINf~S & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the United States of ~
America and having its principal place of business in Ft. Pierce,
Florida, hereinafter referred to as "First Party", and LOUISE PALMER
and JEANNE PALMER SCOTT, Co-Executrices of the Estate of W. A.
Palmer, deceased, and LOUISE PAI~iER, individually, hereinafter re-
ferred to as "Second Parties",
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, a certain mortgage was executed by W. A. Palmer and
Louise Palmer, his wife, to the Fi~st Party on June 18, 1964, re-
, corded in Official Record Book 92 at page 138, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, securing a certain promissory note of even
date in the original principal sum of Thirty-four Thousand Eight
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($34,850.00) requiring monthly payments of
Two Hundred Ninety-four pollars Twenty-five Cents ($294.25) on the
15th day of each month from August 15, 1964 (being Loan No. I2,082);
and
I WHEREAS, during the life of the above described mortgage, cer-
; tain partial releases have been obtained for significant payment
;
on the principal; and
;
WHEREAS, the current principal balance on the promissory note
> secured by said mortgage is Seven Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-five
Dollars Seventy-six Cents ($7,665.76) as of December 15, 1972; and
WHEREAS, the Second Parties hold certain Agreements for Deed

` with third persons on real property described in said mortgage as -
- set out in Schedule 1 attached hereto and by reference made a part
hereof ;
