modification and other valuable considerations, do hereby agree ~
to pay the principal sum and interest as each installment becomes ~
due and to co;iply with all other ter~ and conditions of said note
and mortgage.
5. Except as herein modified, all other terms and con-
ditions of said mortgage and promissory note shall remain in full
force and effect.
