MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT

FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation
organized and existing under the Iaws of the United States of
America and having its principal place of business in Ft. Pierce,
Florida, hereinafter referred to as "First Party", and LOUISE PAIMER
and JEANNE PALMER SCOTT, Co-Executrices of the Estate of W. A.
Palmer, deceased, and LOUISE PAI~IER, individually, hereinafter
referred to as "Second Parties",
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, a certain mortgage was executed by W. A. Palmer and
Louise Palmer, his wife, to the First Party on October 24, 1462, _
recorded in Official Record Book 48 at page 537, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing a certain promissory note
of even date therewith and other notes evidencing further advances,
the same being in the aggregate amount of Fifty-four Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($54,700.00) with a total monthly repayment required
in the amount of Five Hundred Forty-seven Dollars ($547.00), (being

~ Loan No. 10,669); and
; WHEREAS, during the life of the above described mortgage, certain

` partial releases have been obtained for significant payment on the
~
~
~ principal; and
~ WI~REAS, the current principal balance on the promissory notes
!
secured by said mortgage is Three Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-eight
;
= Dollars ~enty-one Cents ($3, 998.21) as of December 10, 1972; and
i WHEREAS, the Second Parties hold certain Agreements for Deed

with third persons on real property described in said mortgage as
r set out in Schedule 1 attached hereto and by reference made a part
