modification and other valuable considerations, do hereby agree
to pay the principal sum and interest as each installment becomes
due and to comply with all other terms and conditions of said notes
and mortgage.
5. ~YCept as herein modified, all other terms and con-
ditions of said mortgage and promissory notes shall remain in full
force and effect.
