Lucie County, Florida, as described in Official Records Book
116, Page 565, St. Lucie County, Florida; run S. 6?°30' W along ~
the line dividing the Osterhol~mand Pine-Herzog property 113 feet, i
more or less, to the West Right-of-way of South Indian River E
Drive, thence continue South 67° 30' West 723. 60 feet to the East ?
right-of-way of F. E. C. Railroad, thence run South 26°O6' East ~
100 feet along said East right-of-way line, thence run North 67° ~
30' East ?11 feet, more or less, to the West right-of-way of ~
South Indian River Drive, thence continue North 6?° 30' East to ~
the West shore of the Lndian River, thence run Northwesterly along
River Shore to the point of beginning. Together with all riparian f
rights thereunto belonging.
This deed is given subject to any restrictions, easements or
zoning regulations or road rights-of-way that may be in force and
effect.
It is the intent and purpose of this Warranty Deed to convey the
North 100 feet of the praperty East oY the Florida Past Coast Rail-
way present7,y vwned by Lester Pine and Edna Pine, his wife and
William Herzog, a single m~n. ~
