Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared :

HOWARD H. REESE, who being first duly sworn, did depose and j
t
say:
1. That he has personal knowledge of the facts stated ~
herein.
2. That he is President of M& W Distributiny Co. of
Charlotte, Inc., a North Carolina corporation, qualified to
do business in the State of Florida and was President of said
corporation at all times mentioned herein.
3. In January of 1972 said corporation purchased certain
property in St. Lucie County, Florida. In a certain Warranty
Deed executed by Joseph Lippson, et ux, as Grantor, dated
January 3, 1972 and recorded January 12, 1972 in O. R. Book
198, page 2182 the Grantee is designated as "M & W Distributing
Company, Inc." The actual Grantee in said deed was the afore-

~ said North Carolina corporation of which the undersigned is

~ President and the failure to use said company's correct and
~
~
~ proper corporate name was due to a scrivener's error.
