WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED Made the 23rd day of January, 1973, by
GEORGE ALBERT BLOODWORTH and RUBY WINTERS BLOODWORTH, his
wife; GEORGE ERNEST BLOODWORTH, JR. a~id ELAINE WOODWARD
BLOODWORTH, his wife; and LILLIE O. BLOODWORTH, a single adult,
hereinafter called the grantors, to WOOD, BEARD AND ASSOCIATES, INC. ,
a Florida corporation, whose post office address is 239 South Indian River
Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida - 33450, hereinafter called the grantee:

WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of !

ledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and con-

situate in the apartment building on the conveyed premises
with the exception of that which is situate in Apartment

TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances there-
to belonging or in anywise appertaining.

TO AAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantee that the grantors are
' lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the grantors have good right and ;
