D E E D
THIS DEED made the 23rd day of January , 197 3, ;
by G. ALBERT BLOODWORTH an G. ERNEST BLOODWORTH, as surviving ~
Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book ~
230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to VPOOD, BEARD AND ASSOCIATES. INC. . °
a Florida corporation '
whose post office address is 239 South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce,
Florida - 33450
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, ;
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land ;
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: ;
Lots 9 and 10 and Lots 27, 28 and 29 of Block 43, SAN LUCIE ~
PLAZA Subdivision according to plat thereof recorded in Plat ~
Book 5, page 5? of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
. thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.

AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that
in all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23, j
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free ±
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
19 7 2 .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantors as Trustees aforesaid . ~
have executed this Deed the day and year first above written. ~
