McDONALD, JR., who personally appeared before me, the undersigned authority, and being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the attorney of the lienor herein, GORHAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, whose address is Post Office Box 6, Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, and that in pursuance of a contract with R. A. COOK & ASSOCIATES, 4762 N. E. 12th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the lienor furnished labor, services or materials, consisting ~ of site work on the following-described real property, including fill and pipe, and land preparation, all of which work was done on the following-described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida: From the Northwest Corner of the SW~ of the SW~; of Section 24, Town- ship 35 South, Range 39 East, run South along the West line of said Section 24, a distance of 38 feet; thence run South 89 degrees 23' 30" East, a distance of 692.10 feet to the point of beginning of the following described land: From said point of beginninq, run South 89 degrees 23' 30" East a dis- tance of 150.48 feet; thence run South 00 degrees 00' 30" West a distance of 439.79 feet to the North right of way of State Road 7Qt - thence run South 70 degrees 08' 30" West along the North right of ~ay ~ of State Road 70 a distance of 160 feet; thence run North 00 degrees ` oo' 30" East a distance of 495.74 feet to the point of beginning; all in St. Lucie County, Florida. ~ Said property was owned by KENNETH I. VAN COTT, JR., CARL L. ~ ~ CROFT, HARRY M. FERGUSON, Suite 204, 999 Woodcock Road, Orlando, ~ i ` ; Florida. The persons who did the work --R. A. COOK & ASSOCIATES, of ~ 3 ~ 4762 N.
