THIS DEED made the 28th day of November , 197 2,
by G. ALBERT BLOODWORTH an~G-. ERNEST BLOODWORTH, as surviving
Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to CHESTER MOTON and VELMA H, MOTON,

whose post office address is 2428 Atlantic Beach Blvd. , Fort Pierce,
Florida - 33450
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm anto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lots 1 through both inclusive, Block 41 in SAN LUCIE
Pi.AZA ~T.JP.i~i v:~~UN as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book ~.age 5?, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
SUBJECT to reservations, restrictions and easements of record.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.

~ AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that
in all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
~~,:with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
,:~'1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent ta December 31,
, 19 7 2 .
