Personally appeared before me, the undersigned suthority,
CHARLES BECHT, Nho being by me first duly sworn, thereupon depose

1. That he is acqusinted with the J. M. McBRIDE set out ~
in that deed from ELON CHAPMAN to J. M. McBRIDE, dated December
16, 1959, and filed on record December 16, 1959, in Deed Book 253
at page 536 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

2. That he is further acqusinted rith the James McBride the ;
grantor in a deed dated December 18, 1959 arid filed on November 29
1961 in Official Record Book 23 at page 611 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the J. M. McBride and the James McBride referred to ~

in the preceeding two paragraphs of this Affidavit are one and the
same person.
4. That the said James McBride referred to in paragraph two '
above is the son of that JAI~IES McBRIDE referred to in the 4~uit-

Claim Deed dated August 29, 1958 from ELON McBRIDE to JAI~ES McBRID ~
and ELON CHAPMAN McBRIDE and recorded in Deed Book 242 at page 447 ~
! of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ was the wife of the said JAMES McBRIDE rePerred to in the paragrap
~ above and that the said JAMES McBRIDE became deceased leaving ~
