void as a~ain~t the Mortgsgee.
15. If i~ shall be determined by the govern- ;

are due on the amount of the note or obl3gation secured
hereby, theMortgagor will pay ~he same.
16. The right~ of the Mortgagee herein specified
ahall be in addition to its ~tatutory right~.
17. The Mortgagor will m~intain fu31 and c~rrect

books and record~ showing 3n detail the earnings and
expenses of the mortgaged premises; will permit the Mort-
gagee and its representatives to examine said books and
records and all supporting vouchers and data at any time
and from time to time upon reque~t by the Mortgagee at
the mortgaged premises or at such other place in the city
and county in which the mortgaged premises are located
as such books and records are customarily kept; and at
any time and From time to time will furniah to the Mort-
gagee at its request a~tatement showing in detail ell"
such earning~ and expenseV 4~..ince the last such statement, 3
veriPied by the aff idavit of the Mortgagor or then owner,
or if the ~ame be a corporation by an affidavit of its

18. Upon any default of the Mortgagor in com- '
plyir~g with or performing any warranty or covenant herein,
the Mortgagee may, at the Mortg~gee's option, comply with !
or perform the same, and the cost thereof, together with
interest thereon at the rate of 10 per centum per annum
