Notwithstanding that the debt eecured hereby shall not have been declared due and payable upon any ~uch default, sa3d debt ~hall bear in~ere~t at the rate of 10 per centum per annum from the date oP notice and demand therefor by the Mortgagee until said default shall have been completely cured and removed to the ~atisfaction of the Mortgagee. 19. The Mortgagee may, at the Mortgagee'~ option, Poreclose this mortgage for any portion of the debt or any other sums secured hereby which are th~n due and payable, sub~ect to the continuing lien of this mortgage for the balance of the mortgage debt not then due. 20.
