of CORAL COVE BEACH SECTION ONE, according to the Plat thereof as re- ?
corded in P2at Book 11, at Pages 30-A and 30-B of the Public Records ~
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and lying west of the mean high water
• line of the Atlantic Ocean as it exists, from time to time, and lying
south of the north line of Tract "P" as extended from its intersection
with the east line of said Tract "P" of CORAL COVE BEACH SECTION ONE
along the same bearing to the mean high water line of the Atlantic
Ocean and lying north of the north Zine of Tract "M" as extended from
its intersection with the east line of said Tract "M" of CORAL COVE
BEACH SECTION UNE along its same bearing to the mean high taater line ~

" It is the intention of this instrument to convey to the second
