. Grantor makes no warranties of any kind with respect to ~

the real property described in this Exhibit "A". ~
In the Countq of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
All that part of Government Lots 3 and 4, Section 25, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East, lyfng east of the east line of Tracts "N". "0" and "P"
of CORAL COVE BEACH SECTION ONE, according to the Plat thereof as re-
corded in Plat Book 11, at Pages 30-A and 30-B of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and lying west of the mean high water
• line of the Atlantic Ocean as iC exists, from time to time, and lying
south of the north line of Tract "P" as extended from its intersection
with the east line of said Tract "P" of C4RAL COVE BEACH SECTION ONE
along the same bearing to the mean high water line of the Atlantic
Ocean and l,ying north of the north line of Tract "M" as extended from
its intersection with the east line of said Tract "M" of CORAL COVE
BEI~CH SECTION ONE along its same bearing to the mean high water line
of the Atlantic Ocean.
" It is the intention of this instrument to convey to the second
party, aIl of the right, title and interest of-the first party
in any property existing in said Government Lots 3 and 4 to
the East of Tracts "N", "O" and "P" of said CORAL COVE BEACN
SECTION ONE to the mean high water line of the Atlantic Ocean
as it exists, from time to time.
