~ Grantor makes no warranties of any kind with respect to
the real property described in this Exhibit "A".
In the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Al1 that part of Government Lots 3 and 4, Section 25, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East, lying east of the east line of Tracts "N". "0" and "P"
of CORAL COVE BEACH SECTION ONE, according to the Plat thereof as re-
corded in Plat Book 11, at Pages 30-A and 30-B of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and lying west of the meaa high water
line of the Atlantic Ocean as it exists, from time to time, and lying
south of the north line of Tract "P" as extended from its intersection
with the east line of said Tract "P" of CORAL COVE BEACH SECTION ONE
along the same bearing to the mean high water line of the Atlant~c
Ocean and lying north of the north line of Tract "M" as extended from
its intersection with the east line of said Tract "M" of CORAL COVE
BEACH SECTION ONE along its same bearing to the mean high ~ater line
of the Atlantic Ocean.
It is the intention of this instrument to convey to the second
party, all of the right, title and interest of the first party
in any property existing in said Government Lots 3 and 4 to
the East of Tracts "N", "0" apd "P" of said CORAL COVE BEACH
SECTION ONE to the mean high water line of the Atlantic Ocean
as it exists, from time to time.
