THIS INDENTUttE, made this 30th day of January, A. D., 1973,
between WILLIAM EARL BRAUN and GAROLYN JANE BRAUN, his wife, parties
of the first part, and CITY OF FOt2T PIEI2CE, a municipal corporation
of the State of Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH: That the said parties of the first part, for and
