The above-described parcel lyinq and beinq i~ the SW~C of
the SW~C of the NW~c of Section 29, Township 35 South, Range
40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, and beinq subject to a
road easement along the East 10 feet thereof.
This Easement is made for the purpose of giving and granting to
the party of the second part. its successors, legal representatives and
assigns, a right-of-way and perpetual easement in and to said lands
for construction of an electric distribution line, and to place such
poles and attachments thereto as may be necessary in the construction
of said line, including the right to trim, cut, and keep clear of
said line all trees and Zimbs, which may endanger the same, with the
right to go upon said land and from time to time as may be necessary
to construct, maintain, and repair said line; and the said parties
of the first part do hereby fully warrant the title to said lands,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever, claiming by, through or under said parties of the first
part.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the second part, its successors
and assigns, together with immunity unto the second part, its suc-
cessors and assigns, from all claims for damage, if any, arising from
or growing out of such construction and/or maintenance, to the lands,
if any, owned by the first parties lying adjacent or contiguous to
the lands herein above described.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
