THIS INDENTURE, made this day of January, A. D., 1973,
between RAYMOND T. BISHOP and CONNIE E. BISHOP. his wife, parties
of the first part, and CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a municipal corporation
of the State ot Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH: That the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the Sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
considerations to them in hand paid by the party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained
and sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell to the said
