DRAINAGE EASEMENT

COS7ANZA, his wife; CONSTANCE HARRIS and JOHN J. HARRIS, her
husband; ANNE P. KATES and DONALD S. KATES, her husband;
DONALD S. KATES and IDWARD H. MEIER, as co-trustees under
that certain Indenture of Trust executed by Joseph R. Pedevill ~
as donor, dated March 1, 1956 and recorded L~, ~t~3

of St. Lucie County, Florida, as the Grantors, and ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, Post Office Box 700, ~ort Pierce, Flo rida, as the
Grantee
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, in consideration of
the sum of One Dollar and other valuable considerations
paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
grant unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, a per-
petual easement and right of way for the purpose of clearing,
excavating, construction and maintaining outfall and drainage
ditches and drains in, upon and through th~ following
described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit;
PARCEL l: For a point of beginning, begin at a
point 85 feet N 0° 59' W of the NW corner of Lot 11, Block
B of CORTEZ ESTATES UNIT 1, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 11 at page 18 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; THENCE
run East 110 feet more or less to a point 85
feet N 0° 59' W of the NE corner of said Lot -
11; THENCE run South 0° 59' E 85 feet to the
NE corner of said Lot 11; THENCE run West along
the North lot line of said Lot 11, 10 feet to
