EXECUTOR'S RIGHT OF WAY DEED THIS INDENTURE, executed this ~~day of NovEw~c~c. . 1972, between ROBERT PEDEVILL, an Ancillary Executor of the Estate of Joseph R. Pedevill, deceased, party of the first part, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY of the STATE OF FLORIDA, party of the second part. W I T N E S S E T H: Party of the first part pursuant to order of the County Judge's Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated the ~ day of ~,w~~ , , 1972, ~nd in consideration of the premises an t e sum of One Dollar-~($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bar- gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the second part, and to its heirs and assigns forever, an undivided 1/4 interest in and to that certain right of way in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 1.32 feet North 0° 59' West of the NW corner of Lot 1, Block C of CORTEZ ESTATES UNIT l, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11 at page 18 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said point being the Northeast corner of the dedicated right-of-way for Esplanade West as shown on said plat; THENCE run North 0° 59' West 108.68 feet to a point; THENCE run East 500 feet to a point; fiHENCE run South 0° 59' East 97.77 feet to the NW corner of the dedicated right-of-way for Esplanade East as shown on said plat; THENCE r.un East 60 feet to the NE corner o~ the dedicated right- of-way for Esplanade East, which corner is also the NW corner of Lot 11, Block B of CORTEZ ESTATES UNiT 1; THENCE run North 0° 59' West 157.77 feet to a ' point; THENCE run West 620 feet to a point; THENCE ; run South 0° 59' East 168.68 feet to the NW corner ~ of the dedicated right-of-way of Esplanade West s as shown on said plat, which corner is also the ; NE corner of Lot 11, Block A of CORTEZ ESTATES ~ UNIT 1; THENCE run East 60 feet to the point of ~ beginning. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ THIS DEED is made for the purpose ot giving and ~ ~ granting to the party of the second part, its successors, legal representatives and assigns, a right of way for ~ public highway and drainage purposes; and the party of the ~ first part does covenant to and with the party of the second ~ part, its heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary ~ to and in and about the sale and this conveyance the orders ~ of the above-named Court and the laws of Florida have been ~ followed and complied with in all respects.
