DRAINAGE EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT. executed this 14th day of November,
_ 1972, between ROBERT PEDEVILL, as Ancillary Executor of the
Estate of Joseph R. Pedevill, deceased, as Grantor, and ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, Post Office Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
as the Grantee.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantdr, pursuant to order of the County
Judge's Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated the 9th
day of November , 1972, and in consideration of the sum
of One Do ar 1.00) and other good and valuable consider-
ation in hand paid, hereby grants unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right of
way for the purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing
and maintaining outfall and drainage ditches and drains
in, upon and through the following described land in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
PARCEL 1: For a point of beginn'ing, begin at
a
po t 85 feet N O° 59' W of the NW corner of
Lot 11, Block B of CORTEZ ESTATES UNIT l, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11 at page 18
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
THENCE run East 110 feet more or less to a point
85 feet N O° 59' W of the NE corner of said Lot
11; THENCE run South O° 59' E 85 feet to the NE
corner of said Lot 11; THENCE run West along the
North lot line of said Lot 11, 10 feet to a point;
THENCE run N O° 59' W 65 feet to a point; THENCE
run W 100 feet more or less to a point 65 feet
N O° 59' W of the NW corner of said Lot 11; THENCE
run N O° 59' W 20 feet to the point of beginning.
