956, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; AND ALSO,
Subject to a first mortgage to Citiiens Federal Savings and Loan
Association of St. Lucie County, Florida in the amount of $20,000.00, ;
dated July 15, 1971, and recorded in 0. R. Book 194, Page 70, of the

Together with all buildings, improvements, fixfures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
~ on or pfaced therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
` tralty controlled, used to supp~y heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other th;ng now or hereafter iherein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
