Florida. As amended in OR, Book 192, page fi93-820, GSrcuit Court Clerk's OflSce, St. Lncie Connty,
F9orida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD. the same in fee simple. forever.
AND the grantor hereby carenants with said grantee that it is lawfuily seized of said land in fee
simple; that it has good right and la~~•ful authority to sell and convey said land; that it hereby fully
warrants the title to said land and Kill defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons,
