Personally appeared before me, the undersigned authority,
CARLOS S. VARAS, who, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
THAT he is the surviving spouse of MABEL E. VARAS who
died on December 7th, 1972.
THAT he and MABEL E. VARAS were married to each other
at the time they acquired title to the property hereinafter
described, and that the marriage continued until her death on
the aforesaid date. ~
