ness secured by the above described mortgage, the Assignors
do hereby sell, transfer and set over unto the said Assignee
all of their right, title and interest in the above described
Agreement for Lease and any lease documents which may be exe-
cuted by the Assignors in compliance with said Agreement for ~
Lease, together with all the rents, issues and profits now due
and which may hereafter become due thereunder, or any lease `
or document subsequently executed, together with the extension
or renewal of the same, during the period said indebtedness
to the Assignee shall remain unpaid. The Assignors authorize
and empawer the Assignee to collect any and all amounts which ;

may hereafter become due and owing under the above described
Agreement for Lease, or any lease or document subsequently
executed under the terms thereof, and any extension or renewals

; thereof, and to sign on behalf of said Assignors any receipts
; for any payments thereunder by the said Florida Power & Light

~ Company, or its successors or assigns. The said Florida Power
i
° & Light Company is authorized to pay over to the Assignee any

~ and all sums, whether as rent or otherwise, which may here-
after become due and owing from the Florida Power & Light
Company to the Assignors; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that this assign-

ment shall be operative and take effect as an absolute assign-
~
~ ment of the Agreement for Lease, any lease or document executed
~
~ thereunder, and the rents hereinabove referred to, only in
- the event of a default in the payment of the indebtedness
secured by the mortgage hereinabove described or in the event
of a breach of any of the covenants or conditions thereof,

>jr which shall entitle the holder thereof to accelerate said in-

debtedness and declare the same due and payable.
