under the laws of the United States of America, of the first part, in consideration
of other good and valuable consideration and the sum of One Nundred and No/100
(=100.00) Dollars, lawful money of the Unitcd States, to it in hand paid by
Maine State Retirement System of the second part, at or before the enseali~g and
delfvery of tt~ese presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargafned, sold. assigned, transferred and set over, and by these presents
does grant, bargai~, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of
