R~LEASE ANA SATISFACTION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a Florida
corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Mortgagor", by Inden-
ture bearing date of April 24, 1972, and recorded in the Uffice of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in O.R. Book 201, Page 1959, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, granted and conveyed to
Citizens Bank of Palm Beach County, h'est Palm Beach, Florida, here-
inafter referred to as "Mortgagee", anu its assigns, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum
of Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars, together With in-
terest as specified therein;
AND WHEREAS, the said riortgagor has requested the said Mort-
gagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being a part
of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said ~
Mortgage; i
NO~a, THEREFORE, the said Mortgagee, in consideration of the
sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other ~ood and valuable considera-
~ tions to it in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknow~-
ledged, does reMise, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
~ lien and operation of said mortgage unto the safd Mortgagor, its
~,+I successors and assigns, that certain portion of the premises con-
~j veyed by said Mortgage, more particularly described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the ~
Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage, and every
part thereof; provided al~.~ays, nevertheless, that nothing herein
contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining
mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
