Lot 9, PINE VISTA, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in-
Plat Book 9, at Page 58, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; together with the improvements thereon and all furniture,
fixtures and equipment contained therein, replacements thereof and
additions thereto.
This is a corrective mortgage given to correct that certain mortgage
from Hugh Addison and Gladys K. Addison, his wife, to Maxwell Waas
and Stanley H. Spieler, as trustees of the Spieler and Tendrich P.A.
Employees Pension Plan Trust, dated December 28, 1972, recorded in
OR BOOK 209, at Page 2770 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, wherein the names of the Mortgagors were inadvertently
given as husband and wife, whereas said Mortgagors are not married
and are both single persons. ;
