STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Before me, an officer duly authorized by law to administer
oaths.and take acknowledgments, personally appeared ELSIE M.
O'LAUGHLIN who, after first being duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. That she is an attorney practicing at the Bar of the
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
2. That as such she is personally familiar with the
above described real property and that she did represent
George G. Dixon and Helen Dixon, his wife, in the sale of said
real property to Marvin H. Smith and Roberta T. Smith, his wife,
which sale is evidenced by the warranty deed dated April 8, 1971,
recorded in O.R. Book 191, page 2689 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That prior to said sale of the above described real
property, she had cause to prepare and secure the execution of
that certain quitclaim deed from Gilda Amoroso, a single adult,
surviving spouse and sole heir at law of Carl Amoroso, deceased,
~ which said deed was dated February 10, 1970, recorded in O.R.
` Book 184, page 1864.
g 4. That prior to the preparation and the securing of the

~ execution of said deed ?~y the said Gilda Amoroso, she had con-

„ siderable correspondence and conversation with the said Gilda
~
~ Amoroso, and that of her own knowledge, Carl Amoroso died on
~
~ May 28, 1966, leaving as his surviving spouse Gilda Amoroso.
~
~ 5. That of her further knowledge, there were no children
~
~
~ born of the marital union of Carl Amoroso, deceased, and Gilda
~ Amoroso, his surviving spouse.

~ Further affiant sayeth not.
