WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made this ~ 7~ day of December,
A. D. 1972, by PHILIP STRAZZOLLA, FRANK STRAZZULLA, DOMINIC
STRAZ2ULLA, JOSEPH P. STRAZZULLA and JOHN F. STRAZZULLA, in-
dividually and constituting all of the partners of STRAZZULLA
BROS. CO., a co-partnership, joined by their respective wives, '
ANNE L. STRAZZULLA, also knawn as ANN L. STRAZZULLA and ANNIE ~
L. STRAZZULLA, LOUISE STRAZZULLA, SARAH J. STRAZZULLA, HELEN
JANE STRAZZULLA and NANCY STRAZZULLA, hereinafter called the
Grantor, to STRAZZULLA BROS. CO., INC., a Florida corporation,
whose post office address is: P. O. Box 3152, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and
"grantee" include all the parties to this in-
strument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00, and other valuation considerations, re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the
Grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to wit:

The North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the South 1/2 ,
and the South 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the North
1/2, Section 28; the North 1/2 of the North 1/2
of the South 1/2 of the West 3/4 of Section 27;
the South 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2
of the West 3/4 of Section 27, all in Tawnship
