per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, page 17, pub-
lic records of St. Lucie County, Florida, less the
South 50 feet thereof .
LESS AND EXCEPTING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCELS:
A parcel of land lying immediately West of Sunrise
Boulevard and South of Platts Creek, said parcel
being partly in the SE 1/4 and partly in the NE 1/4
of Section 33, Tawnship 35 South, Range 40 East, St.
Lucie County, Florida, and being more particularly

run South 00 deg. 34 min. 42 sec. West along
the West line of said NE 1/4 of SE 1/4 a dis-
tance of 301 feet; thence run West parallel
to the North line of said NE 1/4 of SE 1/4
a distance of 77.70 feet; thence run North
25 deg. 19 min. 30 sec. West a distance of
305.04 feet to an iron pipe; thence continue
North 25 deg. 19 min. 30 sec. West a distance '
of 25 feet, more or less, to the centerline of
Platts Creek and point of beginning; thence re-
tracing last mentioned course, run South
