Gentlemen:
!n consideration of the payment to me/us by you Qf $1.00 and other good a~d valuabie consideration which
I/we have received, i/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your successors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility faciiities (including wi~es, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be instalted from time to time; with ihe right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remave such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; a{so, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth o~ other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, unde~, and across my/our pro-
perty described as follows:
The westerly five (5) feet of the southerly sixty (60) feet of the
following described property:
Beginning at the intersection of north right-of-way of Orange Avenue
and the west right-of-way of Angle Road, run northwesterly on the
right-of-way 193.31 feet; thence west 206.63 feet; thence southeasterly
193.31 feet to the north right-of-way of Orange Avenue; thence east
206.63 feet to the point of beginning.
Th2 ab~ve de~cribed groperty situate in Section 8, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
By its acceptance of the easement herein granted and upon installa-
tion of said facilities, Florida Power & Light Company agrees to hold
the Grantor harmless from and against any claims for damages attributable
to the installation, operation or maintenance thereof.
