property, thence North 00° O1' 05" West along the Westerly right-
of-way line of Hartman Road as now laid out and of record, a dis-
tance of approximately 139.163 feet to the point of beginning of
the centerline of a ten foot wide easement; thence on a bearing of
North 71° 11' S1" West a distance of 55 feet to the end of said
ten foot wide easement.
The intent and purpose of the location of Easement ~2 shall be the
Southerly ten feet of the Easterly 55 feet of Lot 2 of a proposed
layout and survey of the above described parcel of land with the
Southerly East-West line of the said ten foot wide easement being
parallel with and contiguous with the Northerly right-of-way line
\ of a proposed road on this unrecorded survey.
