(a) Pay promptly when due all fire and windstorm insurance premiums. taxes, aaessments. dues and charges of
every kind impoaed or levied upon thetr real and penonalpropeny prior to the time when any such sums shall
bea~me delinquent or in defau8; and
(b) Promptlypay whendue anyand all sums due and owing on any mortgage or other encum3rance on the prop-
ertyhereiaafter described and will never suffer or permit any mortgage lien or encumbtance thereon to be-
come dellnquent or go into default.
2, The Borrowen agree that they will not. without fint procuring the oonsent in writing of the said Bank here-
after create or permit any lien a other encumbrance to exist on theirproperty. real orpe nonal~ now owned or here-
after acqutred by them including. but aot Hmited to, theproperty fiereinafter descaibed, -
3. The Borcowen agree that they shall not have the privilege. nor will they sell. vansfer. assign. hypothecace. or
in any manner whatever. dispose of the property. or any interest therein~ owned by them~ including specifically~ but
