FORT PIERCE AUTOMOTIVE SUPPLY CO., INC., 420 South 5th
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida (a Florida Corporation) ("Debtor"),
hereby grants RAYMOND C. BELAND, 400 N. Federal Highway,
Deerfield Beach, Florida ("Secured Party") a security interest
in:
(1) all inventory, accounts and contract
rights, whether now or hereafter
existing or acquired;
(2) all chattel paper and instruments,
whether now or hereafter existing or
acquired, which evidence any obligation
to Debtor for payment of goods sold or
leased or services rendered;
(3) all equipment utilized in the conduct
of the business of Debtor, including
accessories, parts, attachments, and
i accessions now or hereafter attached

' appertaining thereto or used in

connection therew?th;

~ (4) all property, goods, contract rights,

~ inventory, accounts or chattels of

~ the same classes described in Sub-

~ paragraphs (1) and (2) above hereafter

~ acquired by the Debtor subsequent to

~ the execution of this Agreement (all of

~ the i tems in Subparagraphs (1) 2), ( 3)

~ and (4) above hereinafter referred to as
- tlie "Collateral" ) ;

~ (5) the proceeds of the Collateral;
(6) all substitutions, replacements, additions

and accretions to the Collateral.
