PEOPLE'S SUPPLY CO., INC., 315 N.W. 25th Street, Fort
Pierce, Florida (a Florida Corporation) ("Debtor"), hereby
grants RAYMOND C. BELAND, 400 N. Federal Highway, Deerfield
Beach, Florida ("Secured Party") a security interest in:
{1) all inventory, accounts and contract
rights, whether now or hereafter
existing or acquired;
(2) all chattel paper and instruments,
whether noc~ or hereafter existing or
acquired, which evidence any obligation
to Debtor for payment of goods sold or
leased or services rendered; ~
(3) all equipment utilized in the conduct
of the business of Debtor, including
accessories, parts, attachments, and ~

accessions now or hereafter attached ~

; (4) all property, goods, contract rights, ~

- the "Collateral"); -

(6) all substitutions, replacements, additions
~ and accretions to the Collateral.
The security interest in the Collateral is granted to

obligations under an Installment Note dated February_~_, 1973,
